Welcome to High Hill Farm. By making a booking, you agree to the following terms and conditions. Please read them carefully.

  1. Children and Supervision

  • We welcome guests of all ages.

  • Children under 16 must be supervised in the spa facilities.

  • Children aged 6–18 and guests with disabilities must be supervised in hot tubs; children under 6 are not permitted.

  • Children cannot be left unsupervised in the gym area.

  • Parents/guardians are responsible for the safety of minors at all times.

  • The farm contains roads, steep banks, livestock, and natural terrain; guests should exercise caution.

  1. Damage, Repairs, and Missing Items

  • Guests are responsible for the property and its contents during their stay.

  • Any damage, loss, or missing items (towels, bedding, robes, linens, etc.) must be reported promptly.

  • Guests authorise High Hill Farm to store card details securely via Stripe and to charge for any damage, loss, or excessive cleaning incurred during their stay.

  • All charges will be evidenced with photos, invoices, or cost breakdowns and reflect actual costs only.

  • Failure to report damage or loss may result in additional charges.

  1. Pets

  • Pets are not permitted in the cabins.

  1. Smoking

  • Smoking is permitted outdoors only.

  1. Accepted payment methods

  • Payments are processed via Stripe.

  • Debit/credit cards, Apple Pay, and Google Pay are accepted.

  • Personal data is handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

  1. Check-In and Check-out

  • Earliest check-in: 3:00 PM

  • Latest check-out: 11:00 AM

  • Early spa access (from 1:00 PM on arrival) is available for £15 per person.

  • Late spa access (until 1:00 PM on departure) is available for £15 per person.

  1. Cancellation Policy

  • Full refund for cancellations made up to 5 days before check-in.

  • To cancel, email juststay@highhillfarm.co.uk with your booking details.

  1. Just relax spa & skin clinic (our spa facilities)

  • Guests have full access from check-in to check-out (facilities open 8:00 AM – 8:00 PM).

  • Facilities include: swimming pool, gym, lounge area, snooker, darts, and white light room.

  • Lockers, bathrobes, towels, and slippers are provided.

  • Spa is approx. 200 meters from the cabins; walking or driving to the designated car park is required.

  • No alcohol to be consumed before or during spa use.

  • Children under 16 must be supervised in spa areas.

  1. Hot tubs

  • Hot tubs are ready on arrival; temperature is preset.

  • Guests may only use controls to turn jets on/off.

  • Shower before use; no glass near the hot tub.

  • Children 6–18 and guests with disabilities must be supervised.

  • Children under 6 are not permitted.

  • Guests with medical conditions (e.g., pregnancy, diabetes, heart disease, high/low blood pressure) should consult a healthcare professional before use.

  • Covers must remain on and clipped when not in use.

  1. Fire pits

  • Guests are responsible for their safety and that of their party.

  • Firepits should not be moved during the stay.

  • Firewood is available at extra cost; charges agreed at checkout.

  • Used logs must remain in the firepit; staff will dispose of them during changeovers.

  1. Parking

  • Each cabin has a designated parking bay.

  • Additional parking available at the Just Relax Spa car park.

  1. Liability

  • High Hill Farm is not liable for personal injury resulting from misuse of facilities.

  • Guests must comply with all safety instructions and supervise minors.

  1. Privacy and Data Protection

  • Personal data is collected and processed in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

  • Consent for storing card details and post-stay charges is collected at booking via a mandatory checkbox.

  • Only Stripe stores payment data; High Hill Farm does not store full card numbers.

  1. Governing Law

  • These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales.

  • Any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
